Signature 50- Designed for total transformation and athleticism, 50 minute advanced level class with minimal cueing and ultimate mind-body connection. (a minimum of 10 Classic 40 classes is recommended before moving to Signature 50, though not required)
Each class begins with a full body standing warm-up, followed by light hand weight arm focus, core series, and mat based sculpting, finishing with a cool down.
Blending artistry, athleticism and grace to not just physically transform but mentally and emotionally engage.
Equipment: Yoga mat, 3lb hand weights and supportive sneakers

Classic 40- The original full-body sculpt geared toward an intermediate level challenge. This 40 minute class structure emphasizes precision and strength to develop strong body awareness while laying the foundation for The Shalloo Technique
