Signature 50
Our most advanced offering. Designed for total-body transformation and athletic performance, this 50-minute class demands focus, stamina, and a heightened mind-body connection. With minimal cueing and more complex choreography, Signature 50 encourages students to move instinctively and confidently within the method.
Taking a minimum of 10 Classic 40 classes is recommended before progressing to Signature 50, although ultimately at the members discretion.
Each class begins with a dynamic standing warm-up, followed by upper-body sculpting with light hand weights, a focused core series, and mat-based lower-body work before concluding with a restorative cool down.
More than a workout, The Shalloo Technique is a movement practice designed for repetition, cultivating strength, grace, and connection.
