The Shalloo Technique is a full-body sculpting method that blends artistry, athleticism, and precision.
Both classes are designed to be practiced and mastered 3–6 times per week, allowing movement patterns to deepen while delivering progressive physical transformation.
Classic 40
The original full-body sculpt. This 40-minute class offers an intermediate-level challenge designed to develop strength, body awareness, and technical precision. Classic 40 establishes the foundational movement vocabulary of The Shalloo Technique while building endurance, coordination, and control.
Signature 50
Our most advanced offering. Designed for total-body transformation and athletic performance, this 50-minute class demands focus, stamina, and a heightened mind-body connection. With minimal cueing and more complex choreography, Signature 50 encourages participants to move instinctively and confidently within the method.
Taking a minimum of 10 Classic 40 classes is recommended before progressing to Signature 50, although ultimately at the members discretion.
Each class begins with a dynamic standing warm-up, followed by upper-body sculpting with light hand weights, a focused core series, and mat-based lower-body work before concluding with a restorative cool down.
More than a workout, The Shalloo Technique is a movement practice designed for repetition, cultivating strength, grace, and connection.
