Signature 50- Designed for total transformation and athleticism, 50 minute advanced level class with minimal cueing and ultimate mind-body connection. (a minimum of 10 Classic 40 classes is recommended before moving to Signature 50)
Each class begins with a full body standing warm-up, followed by light hand weight arm focus, core series, and mat based sculpting.
Blending artistry, athleticism and grace to not just physically transform but mentally and emotionally engage.
