Classic 40- The original full-body sculpt geared toward an intermediate level challenge. This 40 minute class structure emphasizes precision and strength to develop strong body awareness while laying the foundation for The Shalloo Technique
Each class begins with a full body standing warm-up, followed by light hand weight arm focus, core series, and mat based sculpting, finishing with a cool down.
Blending artistry, athleticism and grace to not just physically transform but mentally and emotionally engage.
