Who likes the heavier handweights that Madison has used in some of the recent Happy Hours?

Personally, I love them. With the slower pace, and Madison's cueing, I can really concentrate on form. I feel my shoulder strength and back muscles are already benefiting.

I'd love to know what everyone else thinks....

New here but love the option of the heavier hand weights!
