The latest Happy Hours (from Colorado) have minimal cueing. What does everyone think of it? Do you prefer it to classic cued Happy Hour? Or do you miss Madison's explanations and encouragement?
Personally I much prefer it when Madison cues us. The more, the better for me! I get so much more out of each move, and am confident that I am feeling the work in the right place. And I really feel that I am supporting my back and joints with good form when she reminds us to tuck the tailbone/roll the shoulders down/pull in the belly button/ etc...
