Beginning June 9th: Summer Spice is an 20-day movement immersion from The Shalloo Technique — designed to sculpt, energize, and awaken your body in just 25 minutes a day. Each session blends dance-based sculpt and cardio into elegant, efficient movement that transforms both body and mind.

  • Day 5 - Lazy Luxe

    Episode 2

    Active Recovery programming

    EQUIPMENT:
    yoga mat, socks or barefoot suggested

  • Day 4 - Turn up the Heat

    Full Body with Chair

    EQUIPMENT: yoga mat, chair (optional ankle weights)

  • Day 3 - Cherry Bomb

    Episode 4

    Lower Body programming

    Yoga Mat and optional ankle weights 1-2lb
